6 ALBUMS ABOUT...ER, YOU REALLY DON'T WANT TO KNOW...

The music of Zoojay (Jonathan Niehaus) might be the most disturbing, disgusting stuff I've ever heard. Simply put, he sings about having sex with dogs. Siberian huskies, to be precise. There is some info on-line about Niehaus but I have no idea how true any of it is, e.g.: molesting animals is not just a fantasy for him as he has apparently been caught in the act, resulting in him being fired from a job at a pet store. And supposedly, he has made videos that feature him illustrating the songs. I'm not going to look for them to confirm this. Listening to this music is bad enough! And supposedly, he is on the autism spectrum  (not that that's any excuse.)

And he has six albums

Musically, it's crap rave/techno, and there are plenty of instrumentals for those with nervous dispositions. But the vocal numbers are what move Niehaus outside of most outsider musics. His voice, the high-pitched squeak of a pathetic sissy, would be funny in other circumstances, what with his rhythm-less/rhyme-less lyrics that make song-poem authors look like Shakespeare. He is utterly unconcerned about any possible harm he may be doing to his unwilling partners. And he is unrepentant, demanding that beastiality be legalized and that everyone should just "leave him alone." He names one song "This Human Sex Thing Is So Corny."

I haven't listened to all six, just bits and pieces here and there, but I did listen to the album "Anthems For Dogs Only" in its' entirety. Not all the songs are about animal abuse.  "What In The Hell" questions the economy. "Normal = Wrong Life" accuses his father of abuse. If that's true all I can say is: don't worry Dad, no jury will convict you. At least he's self-aware enough to name two songs "Shut The Fuck Up (With This God Damn Music)" and "This Song Sucks." And the "Shoktro" album has a song called "Boo, Get Off The Stage."
Unfortunately, "Shoktro" also features the song "The Instructional Guide To Having Sex With Huskies." Do not listen on a full stomach.

Jonathan Niehaus Discography (6 albums)

Technical note: You'll need WinZip to download these. WinZip is free.
UPDATE: 7-Zip, also free, should work as well (thanks, DeReviĆ¹er)

Thanks (?) to anon. I promise my next posts will be culturally and spiritually uplifting!

  1. Let me see now... The title of this post tells us that we "don't want to know" about these albums. As it happens, I suspect most of us didn't until you drew our attention to them. You point out that this material is both disturbing and disgusting, casually mention the fact that if we google the details you provide we'll find videos of this man actually having sex with dogs (which you yourself naturally haven't watched; you just thought we might like to). And then you add that the singer has major mental health problems, which I have no trouble at all believing.

"Musically, it's crap rave/techno", so you don't like the sound of these records on the most basic level. "His voice, the high-pitched squeak of a pathetic sissy, would be funny in other circumstances, what with his rhythm-less/rhyme-less lyrics that make song-poem authors look like Shakespeare." So you don't like his vocals either. What you're doing here inviting us to attempt to derive some kind of sour, twisted pleasure from mocking somebody who is mentally ill and has a compulsion to do things which are both illegal and loathsome and tell the world about it in great detail, and it's just fine to bully "pathetic sissies" if there's something wrong with them. You even say: ""Normal = Wrong Life" accuses his father of abuse. If that's true all I can say is: don't worry Dad, no jury will convict you." Hee-haw! You made a joke about it being OK to abuse your own children if you think they might grow up to be weirdos!

Have you ever heard the phrase: "There's no such thing as bad publicity"? What you're doing here is advertising something which you find morally abhorrent as well as downright nauseating, while repeatedly stating that you yourself didn't listen to all of it because it's not in any way enjoyable. But we might enjoy sniggering at an autistic who can't sing or write lyrics because he's got a high faggy voice and he's a creepy little pervert.

Tell me something. If some anonymous person were to send you links to a dozen albums about the joys of having sex with 5-year-olds, would you post a link to them too? Of course, including disclaimers to the effect that you only listened to enough of this filth to be suitable shocked and disgusted, and we won't want to download these records unless we're very sick. Or is pedophilia going a bit too far? OK, how about necrophilia?

You've posted material you consider to be not only "bad" in the sense of having no entertainment value at all and unpleasant to listen to on every level, but also "bad" in the sense of actually being evil according to your own morality. Presumably you will think less of those of us who actually download this vileness. I know I would, in the same way that I think less of you for your hypocrisy in posting it.

  2. All valid points! And ones I've considered and figured readers would respond with. And yet I've always maintained that the purpose of this blog is to review what no one else would - to give everything and everyone a listen (well, not EVERYthing is possible of course.)

This is a peek into an aberrant brain, one that we normally would not have access to. This guy is being honest in detailing things that most people with these desires would never admit to in public. I actually think that it's good that we hear this sort of thing, so we know what kind of madness is out there.

So I thought it worthy to post this for a few reasons: a fascination with the extremes of music (admittedly, not music most people would want to listen to much) and how some people choose to express themselves, as well as a peek down the rabbit hole of the human brain. And re: your no-such-thing-as-bad-publicity point, this guy should be outed! The public SHOULD be aware of his existence so, in the very least, no more pet stores will hire him. Spread the word!

  3. Count otto, I appreciate all of your contributions to this blog, one of my favorites. I do think Mr Fab is doing the right thing by posting this because, as he says, he is exposing this person to the public. Child predators must go on watch lists where they are monitored by the public, they can't move too near schools, parks, etc. But animals have no recourse if there is a zoophile on the loose in the community.

  5. You can use 7-Zip as well, Dolmance: it's free and it works with a lot of compressed files.

  6. Funny you should mention this anon, I was checking this blog's stats and am now getting traffic from one of those awful "chan" sites, a phenomenon I only learned about a year or so ago. Haven't visited it to see what they're saying, as i agree with your eloquent characterization of those kind of sites. Mere nerds were underdogs you could root for, but there now also seems to be a hideously mutated kind of hyper-nerd, these racist misogynist virginal homophobes who delight in creating computer viruses, hacking websites for no reason, and (virtually) attacking strangers. And raping dogs. I did find this subculture kind of interesting at first til it just got too depressing, but this guy took it to another level.

  7. This probably isn't the place for this, BUT

did you go from Lowbrow Vol.3 to Lowbrow Vol.5?

I mean, THANK YOU FOR ALL OF IT, but is there a Vol.4 that I missed? Hope you're doing well othrwise,
    Auntie Grumpy

  8. You are very welcome Auntie: I meant to include the Halloween collection 'the Bat Pack' as part of the series but forgot to, so I went back and retroactively made it Vol. 4. So you may already have it:

  11. I have to ask you, because I have no where else to go -- I downloaded this disgusting thing, and opened it with free Winzip. I listened for about two seconds and deleted it, but all the tracks showed up on my photo album suddenly, of all places! I certainly didn't put it there and I can't delete the goddamn thing! I don't want this filth on my computer and my kids sometimes use it. I can't find the file names anywhere else -- they just sit there in my photo album. Please advise -- I'm on a Mac.

And why the hell would you use such a bizarre means of downloading music, for Christ sake?

  12. Oh geez Dolmance, I don't know as Im a PC user. I didn't put this together, just posted a link to the reader who sent it to me. I should post a warning. And when i get the chance i'll ask the M4M brain trust in a new post about your problem.

  14. Wow!

Marlin Wallace, a "History Repeats Itself" conspiracy, and Dog Molesters. You've finally hit the mythical Trifecta o' Crap, Mr Fab. Congratulations!

  15. Yes Diver, Im afraid its all downhill from here. There may be nothing left but quality from now on. But I'll keep looking!

  16. Wow! The mind boggles. The fact he's making music about his interest in our furry friends assumes he imagines there are fans of dog shagging & crap rave/techno. The world gets weirder by the day. I blame the internet & video games of course, maybe the increased sexualisation of animals by weird Japanese cuture loving nerds, you know? The Furry freaks. I almost checked out "Anthems For Dogs Only" just for curiosity's sake. I'm glad I didn't, but glad you did!
